The book “Your Best Birth” by Ricki Lake, Abby Epstein, and Jacques Moritz is a must read for all moms – whether you are a mom-to-be or experienced.
“Your Best Birth” is a 272 page hardcover book that was released 5/1/2009. It is a quick read and very interesting!
