Okay so it’s not like my now 3 year old son, Aidan, is going to read this, but I am so happy and I wanted to share.  I cannot believe his is 3 years old already!

Aidan’s life so far:

• Born at 4:20 AM on 1/26/2007, healthy at 6 pounds.
• Diagnosed with a heart murmur that was then diagnosed as Tetraology of Fallot.
• Had open-heart surgery at 4 months old, but recovered just fine.  
• Walked at 16 months.
• Lived in 3 houses, we are finally settled and never moving again!
• Had a little brother born when he was 17 months old.
• Started a Tiny Tikes program to play with other kids.
• Now, today he starts Pre-School!  (Aidan doesn’t talk so he will be in a special needs classroom with a speech therapist, that is why he gets into school mid-year)

I am so proud of how far he has come and how much he loves his little brother.  He makes me smile and laugh all day long, even though at the same time he drives me crazy!  I am excited though that he is officially 3 years old because there is so much to do that is geared towards 3 and up.  Soon we will be in Disney World and I can’t wait to see his face!
