I have been using this for about a week so far and honestly, I love it! At first, it was strange and I got water everywhere, but the next day I had it down pat. I mainly use the Standard Jet Tip and Tongue Cleaner, but there is also a Pik Pocket, Orthodontic Tip, and Toothbrush Tip. I was shocked though to read that it is 93% more effective than flossing at improving dental health. I can definitely see how it would get plaque out better and the rush of water can be pretty powerful, but you can adjust the water from 1 to 10. I highly recommend listening to the directions and starting out at a low setting and working your way up.

Since my kids love to brush their teeth, but are terrible brushers, I have actually been using this on the lowest setting for them and they too love it! (They are 3 years old and 18 months).
