Father’s Day Gift Guide: Inspired Gifts Photo Products Review (& Giveaway Ends 6/2)

There are so many choices at Inspired Gifts including Inspired Theme Books for Gifts, Special Occasions, Children & Baby, Teens, or there are more traditional photo books and gifts. What makes them unique though is their Inspired Theme Books have inspirational quotes or a storyline in it, you can of course change things up and add your own text but now it is nice that you can make your own gift books like Hallmark! You choose the product you want to customize and then the Inspired Gifts software loads (nothing to install on your computer), you upload your pictures and you can either have Inspired Gifts automatically put in your pictures (recommend for fast photo book making) or you can customize each and every page.

If you want something other than a photo book, Inspired Gifts also offers photo prints, playing cards, canvas prints, photo notebooks, signature boards, dry-erase boards, Paneled Pop-Art, Posters, Vinyl Wall Murals, Banner Prints, Photo Wall Strips, Wall Calendars, Day Planners, and Bookmarks. Oh and they also offer Cards including Greeting and Announcement Cards.

Inspired Gifts is also an eco-friendly company. All their photo books, calendars, cards, and Earthtru Prints are produced by a Kodak NexPress printer. The Earthtru photo prints are printed on paper that is composed on partially recycled material, parts of the printer are recycled parts and the dry inks are packaged in recyclable containers. They also use nontoxic dry inks which help eliminate use and production of harmful compounds during printing, cleanup or disposal of inks. Finally, they use a print-on-demand technology that eliminates the need for the constant machine switching.

MY THOUGHTS:

At first, I didn’t know what to expect because I have ordered photo books from various companies in the past and they have all been decent. Well this one from Inspired Gifts is so different, I can’t even compare it! What makes this personalized photo book different is that in addition to all the photos in the book, there is an adorable storyline with illustrations.

I customized the book “The Silver Rocket Ship” because I think it will be a great Father’s Day gift for my husband to read to our youngest son. Customizing the book was super easy and I even choose to add in pictures myself to each page, since I wanted to try to go with the storyline. The book also includes a Dedication page which I added in my own personal text. The book is about a boy who is going to go exploring in space and is so excited. The story is short, but it was so much fun adding in pictures that would line up with the story. I also added in pages that were just pictures, no text. The only part I would have like to be different is I added a book jacket to the 8×8 hardcover book and it is a little big so it moves around. I love how the cover has my son’s picture on it and the book title, but I actually took it off so it doesn’t get damaged, as it is a little bigger than a regular book jacket. My son is going to absolutely love this when my husband starts reading it to him and I think it is a great way for them to bond at story time!

Overall, I would highly recommend checking out Inspired Gifts for your photo books and gift needs, especially for Father’s Day coming up! Their software is very easy and loads quick, best of all there is nothing to install on your computer. You can also keep an eye out for price and page count while customizing. Each book tells you how many pages it has as a minimum and then you can add pages as you choose. I did this book in about an hour and that was even with me being nit-picky about each page and how I wanted the pictures! (It took me more than that to pick out the pictures I wanted to use!)
