MY THOUGHTS:

One staple item that we seem to eat a lot is rice. My boys love rice and since they can be picky eaters, I tend to push what they like on them. I am not even sure why they like rice so much but they do. I tried to switch to typical whole grain pasta that is brown since I was looking for a healthier version but my boys didn’t want to have anything to do with it. Well now with Uncle Ben’s Whole Grain White Rice, I can sneak in fiber and whole grains.

My boys can’t even taste a difference and actually my husband didn’t notice either. I just slipped it on their plates and the whole box was eaten up! We used it with stir fry and it was delicious! I love that Uncle Bens has made this newest addition and it is now easier for me to add healthy side dishes. There are also other varieties of Uncle Bens Whole Grain White including, Brocolli Cheddar, Chicken, Taco Style, Sweet Tomato, and Garden Vegetable.
