LUNA Protein Bars Get Me Go Go Going… #cleverLUNA #spon (& Giveaway 5 Winners Ends 9/2)

Being a mom of two boys was finally getting a little easier for me as they were finally at an age (3 and 4 years old) where they could play independently and be a little self-sufficient.  Then I had my baby girl last month and live with three kids became hectic!  Throw in preschool for both boys (second year for Aidan, but first year for Gavin) and so far these past three days have been an adjustment.  Gavin goes to school in the morning, comes home and then Aidan goes in the afternoon (not my choice) but luckily they both get bussed to and from school.

Since my boys are on opposite schedules and I have a newborn to take care of, I am constantly on the go trying to get the boys ready and out the door, errands ran, house cleaned, blog postings up, and maybe a shower, I find myself lacking decent meals.  I honestly made it half way through the day yesterday and realized I hadn’t eaten or drunken anything all day!  Then I noticed when I did eat it was potato chips and bagel dogs!  Luckily there is a delicious, chewy, and chocolately bar from LUNA Protein that I can snack on to keep me going, even staying under 200 calories.

LUNA bars come in five yummy flavors:

These bars are not like typical granola bars, but rather are covered in chocolate with chewy fillings.  I love them all, but my favorite is the Cookie Dough.

I have tried other protein bars before and these bars from LUNA are really awesome!  I honestly could probably eat two in one sitting as they are that good!  They are on the smaller side but basically about the size of a candy bar.  So not only can I have a delicious snack, or even for breakfast, LUNA Protein bars satisfy my hunger and get me going.  They also do not contain artificial sweeteners, high fructose syrup, trans fats, or ingredients sourced from genetically modified organisms.  They contain natural and organic ingredients.  LUNA bars are also the first high protein bar made for women!  They are perfect really for any woman but for me as a mom of three, nursing my baby, I need all the help I can get!
