Yankee Doodle Sing-a-ma-jigs Review (& #Giveaway Ends 9/2)

MY THOUGHTS:

I had actually never played with a Mattel Sing-A-Ma-Jig before checking out this Yankee Doodle one and it is adorable.  I actually want to get more now because I think it is so cute how they will sing with each other and harmonize (yes I was checking out Sing-A-Ma-Jig videos on You Tube.)  Each Sing-A-Ma-Jig is unique to its chatter and song too, which makes them of course collectible!  My boys get a kick out of it and love that it is so easy to squeeze its belly to chatter and sing, you do though squeeze its hand to change the mode from Tempo, note and chatter.  I admit the design is funky (hair scrunchie looking mouth?), but it is definitely kid-friendly and appealing to them!  The body is also super soft and it is perfect kid-sized at about six inches tall.  The Sing-A-Ma-Jig does require 2 “AA” batteries but it includes them.  Its cute and nice for  a change for a stuffed animal that does something, and my kids get a kick out of the singing (especially that they can control it.)
