Spending Glasses Money on Christmas Presents!

Submitted by on December 18, 2011 – 9:00 AMNo Comment

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Zenni Optical for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Glasses are something I have a love/hate relationship with.  I love being able to see better with my glasses and coordinating them with my outfits, but I hate the cost of them.  I remember my first pair of glasses about 15 years ago being about $400 and that was probably one of the cheaper pairs available to.  My mom instilled a fear in me to take care of them because they were not going to be replaced if broken!

Now you can get fashionable glasses for a fraction of the cost that they used to be and actually still are at many eyewear stores.  Zenni Optical is an online eyeglasses website where you can not only browse through tons of glasses for Men, Women, Children and Unisex, but you can also get them at low prices!  They are actually so cheap you can buy a few pairs and still not break your bank!  I love that you can search by type (full-rim, half-rim rimless), style (what they are made of) and even by price if you are on a tight budget.  Once you find a pair you can then try them on by browsing through a facial gallery and finding a face similar to yours.  Zenni Optical has frames in all sorts of colors too, which is my favorite.

Here is a pair I like:

By buying a pair of cheap eyeglasses through Zenni Optical I would also be able to save money to spend on Christmas presents!  Usually I don’t buy for my husband because we spend on the kids and other family members, so this year I think I’ll get him his favorite cologne he’s been out of.  Oh and I’d get my parents a nice digital picture frame!  It would be nice to allocate the money I would have spent on frames to Christmas presents!
