My #Trop50 True Resolutions

So now that we are halfway through January, I figure its about time for me to think about a New Years Resolution.  This year I am going to be typical and say my resolution is to loose weight and eat better.

I actually have to lose weight and eat better this year because I am having major issues getting my high blood pressure under control.  I thought it was just a pregnancy issue as that is when I was diagnosed but it has been six months since I had Olivia and my blood pressure is still a lot higher than my doctor would like, even with the pills I am taking.

Eating better is a necessity because I need to control my sodium intake and I am technically overweight for my height.  While I have said in the past about losing weight and eating better, so far this year I have been actively thinking about what I eat and do.  I have even been doing sit-ups as well as eating more fruits and vegetables.
