I am not one to eat cereal that looks healthy, yes I go for marshmallows and sugar usually. Since my boys are now into cereal I am trying to be a better role model and eat cereal that at least is a little bit better for me than what I would normally eat. So I gave Honey Bunches of Oats a try, and I admit I love it. I think my favorite part is that its crunchy and stays crunchy even in milk. I hate when my cereal gets soggy and mushy.
I had no clue either that Honey Bunches of Oats has ten flavors, including its two newest: Fruit Blends Peach/Raspberry and Fruit Blends Banana/Strawberry! Yum! I can’t even tell you how excited I am now to try out all the other flavors since I like the original one so much! I am all about Whole Grain now too and wow 10 grams is a lot! (Nutritionists recommend eating at least three, so with ten I’d be more than covered!)
