Wisk Deep Clean Tackles Body Oils & Sweat!

Did you know that the average washload contains 20 times more body oils and sweat than visible stains?

This photo shows what the hidden body oils and sweat could actually look like:

Gross!

Wisk Deep Clean has been reformulated to target more than visible stains and they were awarded for it with Product of the Year in the laundry category. So while Wisk still fights “Ring Around the Collar” it now goes beyond surface stains. It actually makes me think twice about wearing some of my clothes a few times before washing, knowing how dirty they could actually be!  I admit to having my own dirty laundry secrets, the top common laundry behaviors being:

  • Going more than a month without changing bed sheets (in fact only half of consumers wash their sheets once a week)
  • Taking dirty items out of the laundry basket to wear (with more women than men admiting to this)
  • Nearly one in three women admit to wearing the same bra for several days with one in three men admitting to having worn the same socks or underwear for several days.

I had no clue about all the oils in my clothes and love that I can use Wisk to tackle those stains. So far so good and I love the clean feeling of my clothes, not to mention the fresh Wisk smell! For more than 50 years Wisk has been cleaning clothes and I love how their formula has evolved!  Their new formula contains a unique (and patented) blend of Micro-Cleaners that seek and attack body oils and sweat.

Wisk Deep Clean is available in five varieties: Original, High Efficiency, Oxi Complete, Fresh Breeze and Free & Pure.

So what is your biggest laundry secret?  Mine is probably all the above, my biggest being I don’t wash our bed sheets enough.  Now though thinking about all those nights of sweat and oils soaking in makes me want to rip them out from under my sleeping husband now!
