Betty Crocker has a new line of dessert mixes out called Shake-N-Pour. The line includes delicious Chocolate Brownie, Confetti Cupcake, and Chocolate Cupcake.

These mixes are so easy (and fun) to make that even your kids will want to get in on the action. Simply add water to the mix, shake, and pour into your favorite baking pan.

MY THOUGHTS:

My boys are always begging to help me cook or bake, but as a busy mom of three by the time they get home from school, play, have dinner, and take bathes, getting out ingredients to bake is the last thing on my mind. We also aren’t big egg eaters so it sucks when I go to make a mix and have no eggs.

The Betty Crocker Shake-N-Pour Dessert Mixes are great because all they require is water! Just pour the water directly into the dessert mix container and shake! That means no ingredients, no bowl or mixing spoons, and no mess! My boys thought it was so cool to pour in the water and shake it up! We were able to bake these and eat them in no time and they were delicious! I was skeptical they’d be missing something since their was no eggs or vegetable oil to add but nope they tasted great! I actually just stocked up on a few extras to keep on hand for this winter, as we love to bake in the winter and cozy up together.
