Okay so in my house we eat bacon at least twice a week on Saturday and Sunday. Honestly we would have it more but with school during the week I just don’t have the time to fry it up and then enjoy it. Now I am not a bacon-enthusiast (no bacon ice cream sundeas for me) but I do love my bacon. I could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner! My 5 year old though is trouble as he is a bacon-addict and will eat as much as I let him (or he sneaks off the counter.)
So today to celebrate International Bacon Day, yeah who knew bacon had a holiday right?! I think we should get the day off work and be able to eat bacon all day!
