Always looking for a new and different book to read, I recently received the book “Between Wyomings: My God and an iPod on the Open Road
Between Wyomings is not a religious book, but it is more of a spiritual book of self-discovery and honesty. The book details his three-month road-trip where he talks about the good, the bad, and the tragic. Now I admit I love non-fiction and I love to hear about people’s real life experiences so I enjoyed this book. It also helped that Ken referenced personal experiences with popular music icons and chronicled his 30 years of life in LA, London, and Nashville.
Between Wyomings was a fast and easy read for me. It is also a book that you can put down and pick up and not feel lost. I love how Ken Mansfield was brutally honest in his thoughts and recollections and he really left me a lot to think about. He also says a lot that we all think but don’t say or do.
