Looking for Guest Bloggers…

Okay so I haven’t really mentioned it yet, because I didn’t want to jinx it, but we are moving next week! Back in June 2007 we bought our current house as an investment house to fix up and rehab. Well it was the first house my husband and dad did and they went over budget and it took way longer than expected. Now since we were paying two mortgages, we put up both houses up for sale. Luckily we sold our old house to the first people that looked at it and we moved into our rehabbed house within 2 months. Well that was April 2008 and we are still here!

It is not that our house is not nice, I mean for all the additions and upgrades it is probably too nice for this area. We have had a million showings, and finally we got an offer. A few months ago we had an offer but it fell through after a few days. So far so good and since we close next week, I feel pretty confident! What is funny is that it is actually only 5 minutes away from where we used to live so we know the area and we can go back to our old doctors and dentists. The house is only 45 minutes away from where we live now but it is also exactly in between both of our parents houses.

So this is my crazy schedule for next week because this is the only way it could get worked out: Tuesday the movers come, Wednesday we close on our current house and Thursday we close and move into our new house! I do have reviews and giveaways lined up for early next week and I am doing my best to get other posts written, but there will be days in the next coming weeks that I could really use a guest post.
