Mrs. Dash Makes Dinner Taste Better!

With two growing boys, I am also looking for healthy meals to cook, especially since I am a stay at home mom and I can cook (when the kids let me!) I haven’t been much of a cook lately because we were in the process of moving and anyways our last kitchen was super small!

Well one simple way to start eating better and it is simple and cost effective is by just adding spices. Now I am not a very creative cooker, but I am learning and I am having fun doing it.
