New Wave Enviro Products Review & Giveway (Ends 10/16)

In an effort to be green I have stopped buying bottled water and we are trying to use reusable water bottles and lunch bags. Well New Wave Enviro makes it all and has been since 1994. New Wave Enviro believed in chlorine-free and litter-free living long before all the “green hype.” So they started manufacturing and distributing eco friendly products such as reusable water bottles and water filtration systems which produce high quality, inexpensive purified water from your own sink!

Like I said New Wave Enviro produces many different products. Their bottles are Corn based, Eastar Resin, and Stainless Steel. I received a Stainless Steel water bottle and I love it! It is super easy to clean, made of 304 food grade stainless steel, and comes with a carabineer to attach easily. I actually used this bottle mainly to store milk to bring with us for my kids. I clip it on the diaper bag and when we are out I have a cold bottle of milk to refill their sippy cups. You may have even seen their Red Stainless Steel bottle featured on TV Guide!

To avoid using plastic sandwich bags, Enviro Products produces a Stainless Steel Food Container. It is a safe stainless steel container that fits perfectly in any lunchbox or diaper bag. When I save it is safe stainless steel I mean that it has no chemical leaching, no toxins, and no taste. It is reusable forever and perfect for any food item that you want to stay cold, safe from being crushed, and is a decent size too. I love it for fruit on the go and it also works great for dry food like crackers and pretzels! I fill it up, and toss it in my bag and I am ready to go for the day!

So to carry my new Stainless Steel lunch container and water bottle, I also received their 100% Bamboo Lunch Bag. First, off I love how light and compact it is. I love too how Enviro Products explains it as “Strong as Steel. Soft as Silk.” Oh and it is Naturally Anti-Bacterial and Hypoallergenic. I have never owned something made from Bamboo before but I am surprised at its strength and durability. I also learned that Bamboo is the fastest growing plant on Earth, that regrows rather quickly, regenerates without replanting and it grows without chemicals and pesticides. The only drawback to this back is that it is no insulated, but if you use it will the above products I mentioned that your food should be just fine!

So if you combine the products I reviewed (the Stainless Steel bottle, Stainless Steel Food Container, and the Bamboo Lunch Bag) you can have a litter free lunch and feel good that you are not throwing away plastic bags or eating food that chemicals leaked onto. New Wave Enviro also makes a few other great products including Filters, Water Dispensers, and even a Self-Refilling Pet Watering Bowl! I was curious especially about their filters and learned that they remove the harmful effects of chlorine so your skin and hair are softer and your drinking water doesn’t have that chlorine taste!
