Tatutina Hand Painted Products Review: Love them!

 Tatutina is a small business located in Attleboro, Massachusetts whose mission is to bring unique, happy, and fun products into the world.  Everything they create is inspired by family, homes, and art and has been since 1984.  The best part is that is actually a mother-daughters team so you know the products are functional and made with love!  You also don’t have to worry about the safety of the products as all the items are designed and tested to meet the requirements of the American Society for Testing Materials – meaning they use certified non-toxic, lead free paints. 

When I first visit Tatutina, I was overloaded with all the bright colorful and variety of products.  I must say though that the website is super organized and very easy to shop from.  Tatutina sells bookends, dog treat boxes, recipe boxes, kid’s stools, recycle buckets, Take Out Menu boxes, nylon storage totes, baby gifts, wooden letters, Children’s Everyday Medals, Keepsake boxes, Hand Knit Sweaters, Art supplies/ holders, and Prints & Greeting cards.  For hand painted items, they are also quite reasonably priced and of course everything is adorable!

I received their Variety Menu Box, which they are also the original creator of the Take-Out Menu box.  I have to say it is awesome!!!!  No more menus scattered in the junk drawer or misplaced menus, they all go in the menu box and on display in my kitchen!  It is also pretty big as it measures 12” x 9” x 3” so it can definitely hold a lot.  The box also closes with a nice silver clasp.  Looking at this box you would think it was very expensive and not hand-crafted, but it is.  This menu box retails for $28.00.  They also sell nice menu boxes where it is open on the top and they retail for $24.00.  I am in love with all of them and I think they would make an excellent housewarming gift or really a gift for the person that is impossible to shop for because everyone has takeout menus somewhere!
