Check out the WeReward iPhone APP!

How cool would it be to get paid for checking out local businesses such as restaurants, movie theaters, attractions and national retail chains?  Well now with WeReward.com you can!  WeReward is a mobile incentive application that pays cash to consumers for actions they take in the real world.  So you earn cash while simultaneously unlocking badges and sharing experiences through their social networks such as Facebook, Twitter and Foursquare.  There are currently more than 15 million places available to visit!

First you need an iPhone.  Next you Download the App for free and link it to your Twitter, Facebook, and/or Foursquare account.  So next is where the fun begins.  One of the ways to earn points (i.e. convert to money) is to “Check In” at a location.  Check out the App and discover what locations are available.  For example, search for sushi, and you will see that one restaurant wants you to Check in for 200 points by taking a pic of you eating sushi and uploading it.  The next way to earn points is “Tasks” which can be done anywhere and do not require you to be in a certain location.

It reminds me of a scavenger hunt but you get paid at the end!  It is also a great way to check out new places and restaurants and share your opinions of them.  I am going to steal my husband’s iPhone so I can play around with this App this weekend!  It is also part of the Izea company, which owns Social Spark, Sponsored Tweets and more!
