MY THOUGHTS:

I got the chance to try out the Bob Evans Wildfire sauce a few months ago and ever since I have been hooked on trying out all the Bob Evans products.  So when I got the chance to check out their Original and Cheddar Mashed Potatoes I knew they’d be a hit with my family.

The Bob Evans Original Mashed Potatoes and the Bob Evans Cheddar Mashed Potatoes are a convenient refrigerated side dish that is ready out of the microwave in just a few minutes!   My husband was skeptical over how good microwaved potatoes would be but gave them a shot.  We were both amazed at how delicious and creamy the potatoes were.  I actually think they were better than homemade (my husband says they were close but no better) and there was no slaving over peeling, boiling, and mashing potatoes.  I love that Bob Evans did the work for me and are reasonably priced that I can buy them for all of our meals.  The Original Mashed Potatoes were my favorite while my cheese-loving husband loved the Cheddar Mashed Potatoes.  Both were so good though and now I can’t wait to check out the other mashed potato varieties including:  Garlic, Sour Cream & Chive, Southwest Style, and Sweet Potatoes.  Bob Evans also makes tons of other products that I am working my way through!
