In-Ear Design

Unlike traditional ear buds, our Earphones include silicone rubber tips that route sound directly into your ear canal. In addition to directing the sound, the tips provide a better seal, decreasing the amount of ambient noise by as much as 26 decibels. This means significantly greater sound quality when compared to ear-buds. You also don’t have to turn the music up as loud to get the same sense of immersion.  We include multiple sets of the silicone tips to ensure you get the most comfortable fit.

MY THOUGHTS:

I usually have a problem with earphones falling out of my ears or just being poor quality.  There is usually crackling, outages and I have to constantly adjust the volume.  With the dB Logic earphones I had no problem at all!  They fit smoothly in my ears and I barely noticed they were there.  Even though these earphones go into your ear, as oppose to sitting outside your ear, they didn’t irritate my ear or feel like they were going to fall out.  They even came with extra silicone tips to ensure they fit comfortably.

I like that they are small and fold up nicely in the included carrying case, perfect for keeping in my laptop bag.  The different colors is nice but I am not picky so that didn’t matter to me.  What is the best feature though is that they are protecting my ears from damage by automatically adjusting to the level.  I did not notice the sound being less than the quality I expected and it is nice that there is no special button or adjustment that I have to make.  I even let my son check these out which he thought were cool!  There is just so much about long-term hearing damage from listening to your devices with earphones that it is nice to have a company acknowledge that and offer a solution!
