Multi-Tasking Mom & Hormel Compleats = Yummy!

The “modern mom” of today is a mom balancing family, career, household duties, and her own needs.  She does it all and enjoys the satisfaction of taking care of her family, friends, work, and own interests.  Since the modern mom is constantly busy and pulled in different directions, mealtime can just add to that stress.  Luckily, the modern mom knows where to find great recipes online, how to throw together a quick but nutritious meal, have the ingredients on hand, and still multi-task while cooking!

Even though I am a stay at home mom, I know there is value in quick but nutritious meals for me.  Too many days by the time lunchtime comes around I quickly prepare lunch for my boys and start cleaning up and thinking about dinnertime.  If I do eat, it usually isn’t something healthy since I am usually exhausted and just shoving whatever in my mouth quickly so I can get some chores and blogging work done since my boys take naps after lunch.  I haven’t tried Hormel Compleats yet, but I do like Hormel products in general so I am sure they’d be a hit.  I love the idea that I can make and eat a meal quickly and not feel guilty about it!  I also think they’d be great for my husband since he doesn’t have access to a refrigerator or freezer at work, luckily there is a microwave!
