Every vacation I have ever been on, I have totally winged. I don’t know why or how I managed it, but I always had a good time even though I know I was also missing out on a lot.
Last month my family and I went to Walt Disney World and for the first time I decided to check out a vacation guide to see if that helped. I read the book from front to back before the trip and can say we definitely benefitted from it. I wasn’t one of those tourists who carried the book around and marked all over it (although I thought about it) but for the first time I didn’t feel so clueless. I would reference the book if need be and just from reading it I remembered certain restaurants and attractions I wanted to make sure we caught. Overall, we had a great time and I will definitely be using a vacation guide going forward on our trips.

I can't believe you've just been winging it with your vacations! I absolutely rely on those travel guides. I plan every single detail from sunup to sundown, but now that I type that out, it just makes me sound crazy. LOL
