MY THOUGHTS:

Customizing your Cube Dog is super easy as when you load the app it helps you customize your first one with little pop-up tips.  I had my first Cube Dog customized within minutes.  You choose the head size, body design, ears, eyes, mouth and colors.  You can also use the camera on your device to put whatever you want in the background.  Then you name your dog and are ready to start playing with him or her!

To play with your Cube Dog, you can just leave it on the screen and see what happens (little surprises), you can tap the screen, drag your finger around the screen, or choose one of the various animations.

There are lots of great animations to play with your Cube Dog including:  playing baseball, using an iPhone to call someone, barking, being a ninja dog and more.  There is also a Cube Dog Store to unlock new animations and parts to customize your Cube Dog.  I was happy with what was included but it definitely was tempting to purchase the items because they looked pretty cool!  The two animations sets are $2.99 each and the Parts Pack of 84 parts to customize your Cube Dog is only $0.99, so they are not outrageously priced especially when you consider the price of the app is Free!

In case your curious, my dog is pink, named “Doggy Dog”, and her background image is my couch!  She loves being a ninja and chasing my finger!

Cube Dog is an app that is great to play around with to kill time or to entertain young kids.  My 2 and 4 year old think its funny to play with and after helping them customize their own Cube Dogs, they act like they each have a dog now!  Oh and you can have up to 3 Cube Dogs at once.
