ABOUT:

KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner Veggie Pasta has the same great taste of the original KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese but now with a half serving of vegetables per one cup of product.  (It is the equivalent of ½ serving or ¼ cup of cauliflower per cup of product.)  The KRAFT line also includes Made with 50% Whole Grain, Organic Cheddar and Organic White Cheddar Varieties.

MY THOUGHTS:

While I love vegetables, my boys are not big fans of them.  They do however love KRAFT Macaroni and Cheese though so I absolutely love that I can make it with cauliflower baked right into it.  My family has no clue and I can feel better that they are at least getting some vegetables in their diet!

I love this new KRAFT variety!  It does have a little taste difference than the original but I actually like it better.  I did taste the cauliflower in it but I think that is because I knew it was there, my husband new there was a difference but couldn’t pinpoint it.  My boys ate there whole plate’s worth, which is funny because usually they pick at it.  I will definitely be buying the new KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Veggie Pasta for my family from now on, especially for those meals where I don’t serve vegetables – but then again you can never have enough vegetables!
