While we don’t have a dog, yet, we are at my parents house at least once a week and they have a dog named Scooby. He is my little guy’s best friend right now! My boys actually sometimes walk past my mom to go say hi to Scooby first and Scooby is just as excited to see them. While they are too young to walk him, they love to play with him in the backyard, which is perfect since I received a great gift set from Hill’s Pet Nutrition. It featured a bunch of great dog toys, a bag of Hill’s Science Diet Healthy Mobility and a Sony Bloggie to capture Scooby in action! Even though Scooby is no puppy anymore, he’s about six years old, he loves to play catch and tug. My boys and him were thrilled to try out the new toys. The favorite was the Frisbee which is made of a material so it is perfect for dogs to gnaw on and it even float, perfect for when he drops it in the pool!
As far as whether the Hill’s Science Diet is working, it has only been a few days so no changes just yet but it does say it can take up to 30 days. He does like it though and I am curious to see if it helps him as he is getting old, and he definitely can’t keep up with my boys like they’d like him to!
You can sign up to “Take the Healthy Mobility Challenge.” By doing so you will receive $30 in coupon offers (including a Hill’s Healthy Mobility Coupon and an automatic entry in the Healthy Mobility Challenge sweepstakes (30 winners will receive Free Pet Food for a year!) The challenges are to start feeding your dog Science Diet Healthy Mobility dog food to and encourage an active life for your dog. Then you can track your dog’s success over the 30 days by sharing your pet’s story with other pet lovers!

My favorite moment with my dog was when she finally opened up and acted like a dog by waking me with happy Pomeranian kisses! I adopted her last year after her rescue from a horrific puppy mill (she was "breeding stock") where she was born, then kept to breed due to her coloring. She was so emotionally shutdown, physically abused and neglected, and afraid. Her joyful awakening brought tears of happiness to my eyes, and I'll never forget it. It's been a tough year with my little lady, but worth every moment and struggle!
It's fun giving our dog a drink with a water gun!

My two dogs' favorite activity is chasing each other and playing fetch
My dog Abby's favorite activity is playing fetch with her un-stuffed Raccoon named Ricky. When she's done playing she loves to curl up with Ricky and go to sleep.
