I Took back my Digestive System… @SAMSCLUB

Okay so my baby girl just hit the three-month mark and my milk unfortunately dried up.  I am happy though in a sense because I can take medicine and eat certain foods without worrying how it will affect my baby.  One area that I struggle in (and I hope I am not the only one) is having good digestive health.

I admit I am not the best eater, its not that I don’t like fruits, vegetables or whole grains, its that I worry about my family’s health before my own.  I have realized though that I need to take care of me before I can take care of anyone else (now I get why they say to put your oxygen mask on first on an airplane.)
