DOLE is celebrating the New Year with our second Rose Parade float, “Preserving Paradise,” and as part of the DOLE excitement, one lucky DOLE fan will take in the highly anticipated floral floats and marching bands from the best seat in the house— a spot on the DOLE Rose Parade float. Making the experience all the more magical, three guests of the grand prize winner will be given seats in the grandstands on Colorado Boulevard as VIP guests of DOLE!

The grand prize winner, plus their three guests, will celebrate their victory with a five day, four night trip to Los Angeles – from December 30, 2011 to January 3, 2012 – to see the DOLE float in the 2012 Rose Parade on New Year’s Day in beautiful Pasadena, California.
The sweepstakes runs through December 2, 2011. In addition, DOLE will award 100 randomly selected weekly prize winners a 2012 DOLE Rose Parade Limited Edition Commemorative Pin for each week for eight weeks. A total of 800 lucky DOLE Facebook fans will take home a prize!

The parade actually is on Jan. 2nd this year because the 1st is a Sunday, stupid rule. But this is what they do. I checked it online, then called my Dad who used to help out with the parade for many years.
