Reebok EasyTone Settlement

Reebok has a class action settlement going on right now involving their EasyTone shoes.  If you purchased certain Reebok toning shoes and/or apparel from December 5, 2008 through October 12, 2011, you may be eligible to receive payment from a class action settlement.  The lawsuit alleges that Reebok violated certain state laws regarding the marketing and sale of toning shoes and apparel.  While Reebok denies any wrongdoings, they did decide to settle. 

Eligible shoes are: Easy Tone, RunTone, JumpTone, SlimTone, EasyTone Flip, TrainTone, and SimplyTone

Eligible Apparel: EasyTone Capri, EasyTone Shorts, EasyTone Sleeveless Shirt, EasyTone Pants, EasyTone Long Bra Top and EasyTone Short Sleeve Top

Now I don’t have the Reebok EasyTone shoes or apparel but I do have toning shoes.  For me, I know they may or may not really work.  I just feel though they can’t hurt wearing them so why not!  I wear them everywhere though; shopping, amusement parks, museums, taking the kids to the park and basically anywhere I know I’ll be doing some walking.  My calves do hurt afterwards so I assume they are doing something!  As far as Reebok apparel goes, I’d be curious to see how it makes a difference.  I don’t really work out but if I did I am sure I’d wear some nice workout apparel to get me going!
