New Slim-Fast Shakes Available

I tried out one of the new Slim-Fast chocolate shakes and it was delicious!  It is so rich and creamy, not at all diet tasting!  Even to use it as a protein boost it is great with its 10 grams.  It also held my appetite over for about 3 hours and then with snacks of apples and carrots, I was able to hold over until my dinner meal.  I am not sure if I could do the 3-2-1 Plan everyday, but it is worth a try.  I am thinking especially starting January 1 to try to use Slim-Fast shakes and snacks to replace as many meals I can.
