My boys love the television show “Franklin” but unfortunately we never catch it on tv anymore. Luckily I found a VHS with Franklin and his friends and we do have a book so those tend to keep my boys happy and occupied. Well now Franklin is making his appearance on an iPhone/iPad app!
“Franklin’s Bumpy Buggy” is an app appropriate for kids ages 4 and up. The app was just released last month by Watch More TV Interactive. In the app you race one of six bumpy buggies (cars) over ten unique tracks. You can save and watch your favorite races as well as upload your favorite races to Treehouse TV for other kids to watch! The app includes Franklin and all his friends and the graphics look pretty awesome. I haven’t tried it yet but I know my boys will be asking for it soon! Not only does it include Franklin, their favorite turtle, but race cars – it doesn’t get much better than that for them!
Whether you have a Franklin fan or are looking for a fun racing app for young kids, Franklin’s Bumpy Buggy looks adorable. With all the different tracks and buggies to choose from, kids will have lots of possibilities to play around with!
