This week has been Spring Break for my kids and it has been jam packed for us. Today though my husband is going in for outpatient sinus surgery. I thought it was a minor surgery but since he will be knocked out during it they want me there just in case, which has made me worry and not able to concentrate! He has not been able to smell or really taste anything for over a year now, which we found out is due to huge polyps in his nose. I will post an update when he is out and we are back home. Everyone we have talked to says sinus surgery is awful so I am preparing for the worst on him.

Good thoughts and prayers for your hubby! I had sinus surgery twice and I always say I would never do it again. The worst one was when I also had to have a deviated septum fixed (the left side of my nose was almost completely closed off, it was bad).
Oh our neighbor just had deviated septum surgery and was awful! Good luck if you have to go again. They told my husband that polyps usually come back so it sounds like he may need surgery again in the future.
Don't worry about anything, I'm sure all your readers understand how things go, especially surgeries. No matter whether it's a minor or a major surgery, it's a big deal that always evokes stress O.o
