Bobble Bots Moshi Monsters Review

ABOUT:

Bobble Bots Moshi Monsters are all-new buzzing collectible toys with customizable playsets.  They launched this Spring from the creators of HEXBUG Micro Robotic Creatures after the success of the brand of Moshi Monsters.  The assortment of Bobble Bots Moshi Monsters will include 24 battery operated collectible Moshlings and a variety of configurable 3-D “dollhouse” replicas of the streets, yards, buildings and houses found in Monstro Cuty.  Every Bobble Bots Moshi Monsters will also include secret codes to unlock new content in the online world at www.moshimonsters.com.

MY THOUGHTS:

My boys love their HEXBUGs and play with them almost daily and while they are a little young for Moshi Monsters online they were so excited when they saw the Bobble Bots.

I received three fun Bobble Bots Moshi Monsters products to review:

  • A Bottle Bots Moshi Monsters Moshling
  • A Bobble Bots Moshi Monsters Store
    • Each Store comes with one Moshling, two cobblestone building tiles, eight brick borders, four grass pieces, two garden patches, one lamp post, one mushroom, one week and two rocks.
  • A Bobble Bots Moshi Monster Starter Set
    • Each Starter Set comes with one Moshling, one cobblestone building tile, four brick borders, three grass pieces, one small bush, one mushroom, and one rock.

Each Moshling comes with secret codes that unlock fresh new content in the online virtual word of http://www.moshimonsters.com.

Bobble Bots are little creatures that you turn on and off with the switch of a button and they move around.  My boys love them both alone and with the sets for them to explore.  Setting up the Ice-Scream store was super easy, everything snapped together and we were ready to go.  You can create your own design, add other sets or just play with your Bobble Bots on the floor!  The Bobble Bots are adorable because you have no idea which direction they are going to go and their designs are really adorable and fun!  My boys loved moving things around and watching their Bobble Bots move.  I will say we have three and they do make a humming noise as they go which is a little annoying but the kids loved it so I just set it up in the other room!  Really if I think about it, Bobble Bots are really similar to their ‘relative’ the HexBugs in their movement, just their designs and habitats are different.  Bobble Bots are also super cute for both boys and girls!  Even though our set is small now, my boys love it and I have a feeling I will be looking for more pieces for them!
