2Toots Train Whistle Grill, Chicagoland’s only train themed restaurant with all the seating on the tracks, is thanking its customers with a “Customer Appreciation Day.” Kids, 12-years-old and under, eat free (one meal from the “Just For Kids” menu, per paid adult entrée) on Monday, August 27, just in time for the back-to-school season.
Bring your little one to Bartlett or Glen Ellyn, both conveniently located feet away from a Metra train station, for a free meal. Kids can choose from the following options, served with their choice of French Fries or Fruit Cup and a small drink (a $4.49-$4.99 value): Train Whistle™ Burger, Train Whistle™ Cheeseburger, Classic Hot Dog, American Grilled Cheese, The Original PB&J or Dino Chicken Nuggets.
2Toots Train Whistle Grill®’s burgers and hot dogs are made with Tallgrass Beef. The health-conscious meat is 100% grass-fed, is an all-natural product, free of any synthetic or administered hormones, antibiotics, animal byproducts or pesticides. Tallgrass Beef Company is able to produce beef that is higher in essential fatty acids, higher in Omega 3, lower in saturated fat and calories and has a taste and texture that food critics are embracing as “nutty, bold, rich, original and buttery.”
The free kids’ meal is valid on dine-in only orders.

would love a train themed restaurant near us...so cool
We get up to the Chicago area a few times a year (from Central IL) and I've been dying to take my kid here! Thanks for the reminder to actually note the address, so next time we're wandering through the suburbs not sure where to eat I'll think of 2 Toots!
There are two locations too to check out. We have only been to the Glen Ellyn location but we love it!
