Affordable Fashion as a Mom with No nonsense Leggings and Tights

I love to wear dresses and skirts year round, but in this crazy weather in Chicago I need to keep warm too.  So what does a gal in cold weather do when its cold out and you want to wear a dress or skirt?  Wear leggings or tights of course!  With so many colors and styles of leggings available it is hard to not be able to find a pair that will work with what you need, or of course you could also go with the classic Nude or Black colored ones.  I then usually slip on my boots over my leggings and I am good to go!
