How to Make Bacon Roses

Okay so I saw this somewhere in Pinterest and the idea stuck with me so I told my husband jokingly that is what I wanted for Valentines Day.  I say jokingly because he is not the creative type but these are so easy he pulled it off wonderfully!

Buy a bunch of fake plastic flowers.

We were lucky and the tops just popped off and left a plastic stem piece.

This is what the plastic piece looked like after the flower was popped off.

Roll bacon and stick with a toothpick.  Bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees.

Pull out toothpick and stick onto stems!

Display in a vase!

I literally ate these right off the plastic stems.  Now I know guys don’t really want to get flowers but I think once they noticed they were bacon they’d be in love.

Sorry this is not a complete tutorial of pictures, my husband made these and of course wasn’t thinking he should be taking pictures so I could blog about it!
