New Veggie Chips From Green Giant #AGiantSurprise #spon

Green Giant has a Giant Surprise, they now feature New Veggie Chips with Green Giants goodness inside.  Snackers, like me, can feel good (and less guilty) about snacking on a great tasting chip made with real vegetables.  There are three new Green Giant Veggie Chips available and in additon to being made with real vegetables, they also contain whole grains and are less fat than regular potato chips.

The flavors are:

• Roasted Veggie Tortilla Chips – Zesty Cheddar Flavor:  Contain 17 grams of whole grain per serving (48g are the recommended daily amount) and are naturally flavored.

• Multigrain Sweet Potato Chips – Sea Salt Flavor:  Contain 14 grams of whole grain plus 40% less fat than regular potato chips.

I have tried other “veggie” chips before and they were bland and just didn’t do it for me.  I tried to eat them but after a few chips I went for my other brand chips, you know the ones that are super un-healthy but so yummy.  My 4 year old especially is a snacker like me and he could eat chips all day so I was especailly determined to find a snack I could feel less guilty eating myself and sharing with my family.

So how did the Veggie Chips taste?  Delicious!  The Tortilla Chips Zesty Cheddar reminded me of Doritos with how cheesy they are and even in appearance.  Now the flavor isn’t exact but it is good enough for me and I don’t feel as guilty eating them!  The Multigrain Sweet Potato Chips have a hint of sweetness and are crunchy goodness.  I like both of them but the Tortilla Chips are my favorite as I love to suck the cheese off them!  I will be looking for these most definitely at the grocery store.  I even got my family hooked on these!  There definitely is a lot of flavor packed in them!
