For the past two months now I have been using the GoodNites Disposable Bed Mats on my son’s beds and it definitely has helped in our household.  Our issue started with my 6 year old all of the sudden having bed wetting issues.  Randomly he would have an accident and it was causing issues with his confidence, laundry and we were all loosing sleep.  What would happen is he would have an accident and then come wake either my husband or myself up to help him, or worse yet he’d try to change the bedding himself and end up sleeping on a bare mattress.

GoodNites has been great for us.  I discovered that it works best for us if we put in under the fitted sheet and then put another fitted sheet on top – so the layering is blanket, fitted sheet, GoodNites Disposable Bed Mat and another fitted sheet.  I found that the top fitted sheet holds it in place, otherwise it was moving around when my son slept.  The Bed Mat did contain the “accident” and all my son had to do was take off the top sheet that was wet and the Bed Mat and he had a fresh sheet on the bed already.  Luckily he has only had about two accidents since having the Bed Mats and I think just having the Bed Mats on the bed makes him feel safe.  Its like how a watched pot never boils, well a protected bed means no accidents!  What I really love about the Bed Mats is that they are perfect for traveling.  Whether we are staying in a hotel or heading to grandmas for an overnight stay, I can slip the Disposable Bed Mat on their mattress and keep it protected.  I highly recommend GoodNites Disposable bed Mats if your child is having an occasional accident and you want them to have confidence.
