Send Mom a Card & JOHNSON’S Baby Will Donate $1

This past Mother’s Day I hosted a BBQ for both my mom and my mother-in-law.  It was a very relaxing day and I loved being able to do something nice for the important mothers in my life.  My husband though wanted to do something special for me since I was busy preparing and then catering to our moms.  He actually did all the “honey do” things I rattled off to him and tried to keep our kids out of my hair.  It was my 6 year though that got me the best present ever.  He woke up before everyone else and all by himself he made a card and a crown so I could be princess for the day.  He thought of that all by himself! It made me feel like I am doing great as a mom and even though my kids drive me crazy at times, I wouldn’t change anything one bit.  From the first first pregnancy test I took, I knew I would cherish every minute and do the best I could for my family.

JOHNSON’S is a brand I have trusted for my kids, and my mom used it on me as a child.  It is a brand that I feel goes hand in hand with babies.  Well JOHNSON’S launched a new charitable platform last year in conjunction with Save the Children as part of the brand’s commitment to ensure every baby has a healthy and happy start in life.  JOHNSON’S Baby believes that every mom should has access to the resources to start her baby’s life out right.  So JOHNSON’S Baby CARES charitable platform was created to deliver social support and encouragement to moms along the way.  Research has shown that early education of skills and knowledge for moms is critical to a child’s healthy development.  Through the support of Save the Children’s Early Steps to School Success program, moms can learn how to support their child’s growth from pregnancy until school age.

JOHNSON’S Baby “Care Cards” were created as a way to share positive messages of encouragement to moms across the country.  Consumers nationwide can join the effort by creating and sending a digital Care Card to a special mom in their life on Facebook at www.johnsonsbabycares.com.

For every card sent, shared or liked, JOHNSON’S Baby will donate $1.00 to Save the Children, up to $150,000 to benefit early childhood education.
