OMG, I made this last night and you're so right, it as awesome. I made it with round roast, I was wondering why I thought a 1 3/4 was so small so I was gonna double it and bought a little of 3 lbs. When I got home I realized it said One 3-4 lb., good thing I didn't double the ingredients. My daughter thought it tasted a little like Chinese food and y husband thought there was teriyaki in the ingredients,LOL
Thanks for the recipe :)
