I have a 15 year old sister who all of the sudden has become a huge movie buff. All summer long she has been watching movie after movie from On-Demand, DVDs, and whatever she can find on television. She asked me for recommendations and all of the sudden I flashbacked into I when I was her age and did the same thing. Back then movie stores still existed and I remember browsing the aisles over and over until my mom yelled that it was time to go. My mom was always awesome back then at picking movies out for me that she knew I’d like.
So here I am thinking of movies for my sister to watch. What movies did I tell her?
Now my list could go on and on, but those are my must haves from my childhood. I actually own all of them too on DVD, which is rare for me. My sister was super excited that I offered to loan them to her. What are you must watch movies?

You and I have very similar tastes in movies! I love, love, LOVE all the old school 80s flicks; especially Breakfast Club, Pretty in Pink, and Sixteen Candles ^.^
I love Newsies and watch it frequently. My husband loves 3 Ninjas, so we watch that on cable black outs and nothing to watch ruts. Also, we've been on a Pitch Perfect craze lately, so much so my toddler even asks for it! Actually, we love movies and there are so many....
