Mornings at my house are crazy, but then again what mom would say otherwise, especially when it comes to breakfast? First there is my husband who leaves super early, then there are my three kids that I need to feed. Once I get everyone else fed and watered I also need to work on myself! So how do I get my family moving in the morning? Quaker products!
From oatmeal to granola bars, Quaker has my family covered whether we have a few minutes to eat or we are on the go. Something about starting our day off with Quaker products really does fuel our day and gets us going.
Quaker Oats has been committed to nourishing America’s families for more than a century by offering a variety of delicious products that give energy for an active lifestyle.
Some products to fuel our mornings:
As a mom I think my favorite is Quaker Perfect Portions. First off you add your own sugar which is great for those who like it with or without added sugar. It is great too because its a giant resealable bag that I can scoop out some for each kid, add water (or milk depending on person), and heat up. Each of us likes our oatmeal differently and sometimes I feel like I am wasting those individual packs, so Perfect Portions is great for us. It’s funny my kids recently started eating oatmeal for breakfast and my 6 year old son said the other day how good he felt after breakfast! It’s funny that he actually noticed how good you can feel from a hearty and wholesome meal. I’ll eat whatever Quaker product we have in the cabinet, since you know mom gets the leftovers – which luckily with Quaker everything is yummy!
To show how committed they are to fueling healthy families, Quaker has an ongoing partnership with Major League Soccer (MLS) club, The Chicago Fire. Through the partnership, Quaker serves as the title sponsor of the Chicago Fire Juniors, the club’s youth player development that supports more than 10,000 soccer kids and family in Chicago and nationally. On August 9 through August 11, Quaker and The Chicago Fire will team up to host The Quaker Invitational, which brings together hundreds of Chicago Fire Juniors teams from around the country for a weekend of soccer, community and fun. The two winning youth teams will earn a chance to play on The Chicago’s Fire home field in Bridgeview, IL.

My kids have gotten into oatmeal as well. And they go back and forth on flavors they like. It's nice to be able to get the right amount and then can add to it if needed!
