My Tomato Mozzarella Sandwich With King’s Hawaiian Bread #KHultimate

I have loved King’s Hawaiian bread since the first time I used it to scoop up Spinach Dip. Until now I mainly used King’s Hawaiian bread with Spinach Dip or as rolls for holidays, but now I love that I can use King’s Hawaiian bread to make my sandwiches!

To showcase their new sandwich bread and inspire others to create their favorite sandwich, King’s Hawaiian has launched the “My Ultimate King’s Hawaiian Sandwich Challenge.”

Here is a sandwich I created:

Tomato Mozzarella Sandwich

Ingredients:

King’s Hawaiian Sandwich bread (or use any of their products if you can’t find it yet)
Roma tomatoes (I use this kind because they aren’t as slimy and more firm)
Mozzarella
Fresh Basil
Balsamic Vinagerette Dressing

This sandwich is amazing, but I may be a little bias. Even my husband who is a huge carnivore loved the sandwich and asked for seconds.

Contestants simply need to upload their ultimate sandwich ingredients and recipe, along with a mouth-watering photo of their ultimate sandwich at http://www.KingsHawaiian.com/Ultimate by 11:59 P.M. Pacific Time on September 2, 2013.

Each sandwich recipe must include the use of KING’S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Sliced Bread, Round Bread or any other KING’S HAWAIIAN bread product.

All approved entries will be posted on teh King’s Hawaiian website and contestants are encouraged to share the My Ultimate KING’S HAWAIIAN Sandwich challenge with friends and family through their social media channels.
