I've used School Zone for several years for my grandchildren! I love the applications - However the sound is an issue. With the sound settings at its loudest setting - it is difficult to hear and understand the directions given to the child in several of the apps. I've worked tirelessly with support to resolve this and it cannot be done.

I thought I would get at least 3 years - PK, K and Grade 1. This is not the case. Once the device is broken - the rights to the software are gone, too.
I think the School Zone learning is great and completely interactive with the children - but - a higher quality device would really be the ticket here along with a 1 year warranty or warranty program to cover the life of the software.
Quick Edit: Toys R Us offers this product WITH a 2 year protection plan. Must look into what it covers. Amazon offers 1 and 2 year protection plans - product is much more expensive on Amazon as well

I absolutely love this product. By far, my favorite option is the A+ Report Card. I'm not only able to see how my daughter is using the tablet, but how she's performing in each category. Brilliant!
She loves Charlie and Company and Clickity Clack Alphabet. There are so many upsides to this tablet. It's hard to find a criticism. Thanks for such a quality educational tool that keeps her entertained!
