Disclosure: I am a Campbell’s Brand Ambassador, and have been compensated by Campbell Soup Company for my time. But, all thoughts and ideas are my own.
Being from Chicago, I am no stranger to cold weather and snow. Honestly I love the cold months here and could not imagine Christmas without snow! I love cuddling on the couch with a fire while watching movies with my family. There is just magic in the air for me during the holidays and I cannot help but smile. My decorations go up right at Thanksgiving and they don’t come down until New Years Day, and if my husband would let me I’d keep them up year round!
The winter months are also all about comfort foods to me, which yes can be a good or bad thing. From baking cookies to warming up soups, I love winter foods! I would eat soup everyday if I could, but let me tell you how not refreshing warm soup is when we are in a heatwave here in Chicago. Luckily wintertime is the perfect time for soups, so I get to end my year and start off the next year enjoying all the soups I can! Two of my kids are also soup lovers and it is super nice to all warm up at the table with a bowl of soup after a day out in the cold!
The Wisest Kid from Campbell Soup Company has some great ideas on pairing kid’s (and adults) favorite soups with dunkables. How about some crackers, pretzels or the classic grilled cheese with some Campbell’s Condensed Tomato Soup? Yum!
According to The Wisest Kid there are “More ways to dunk than can be thunk.” So if your kids get bored of the same ole’ soup, although Campbell’s soups are pretty awesome on their own, why not spice it up with some dippable fun! I have tried grilled cheese and oyster crackers before, but I never thought of anything else! I think Goldfish crackers would get my boys fighting over who gets the first bowl!
Want more than just soup? Why not use your families favorite Campbell’s soup with some cheese to warm their hearts! Get some cheesy recipes here!
Finally, I don’t know about other kids but my kids will not eat plain vegetables. Now if I add some cheese to them, they gobble them down! Even The Wisest Kid says, “Broccoli on the side gets denied.” Get some Veggie Goodness recipes here that are sure to get your kids thinking about at least trying vegetables!

We are very big soup & stew eaters here in NY. We also use soups in many recipes throughout the whole year.
