4 pkg. (4 oz. each) semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted or Almond Bark/White Chocolate Coating
Optional: Sprinkles
Directions:
MIX cream cheese and cookie crumbs until well blended.
SHAPE into 1-inch balls. Put in refrigerator for 10 min if they are too soft. Dip balls in melted chocolate and lay on wax paper to dry and harden. If you are using sprinkles (which everything is better with sprinkles, they put them on before they harden.)
