Say Bye Bye to Diaper Rash with Dr. Smith’s #drsmithslaunch

Disclosure:  This is a compensated post in exchange for sharing my honest opinion.

As a mom of three kids, I am unfortunately quite familiar with diaper rash and diaper rash creams.  Right now I have one diapers and as my only girl she is definitely different down there.  I never really thought about it before with my boys but girls have to be extra careful down there (not that boys can’t have issues.)  While I am constantly checking my daughter’s daughter, there are times when either I wait too long to change her or for whatever reason she still gets diaper rash.

Dr. Smith’s diaper rash ointment is an ointment that has been my lifesaver.  A few month’s ago I attended a product launch event here in Chicago for Dr. Smith’s with Bill and Guilana Rancic speaking about how they use Dr. Smith’s on their own baby, Duke.  I had never heard of it Dr. Smith’s before but I am glad at least one of my kids can benefit from it!

It is a diaper rash ointment that is a thick paste that goes on smooth. I am all about thick pastes because I feel then it lasts longer to heal the problem area.  I hate creams that are thin and runny, they don’t even coat the problem!  Dr. Smith’s also does not have a smell, which is great for those who are sensitive to fragrances.  I was actually pretty amazed to find that there was no overbearing smell, but I admit it was strange that there wasn’t any smell!  I haven’t had the chance to try this out on an actual case of diaper rash yet, but so far I am impressed with the consistency and lack of smell.  I believe too that if so many moms use the product that they have been able to spread nationwide, then it is definitely doing something right!

It took 50 years, but Dr. Smith’s is now a nationwide product loved by moms everywhere, including myself.  Diaper rash is something that can make us moms feel helpless but Dr. Smith’s gives us the soothing power to help our kid’s bottoms heal faster.
