What Could be Cooler than a Batman Cake? {Review}

With three kids, I order personalized birthday cakes three times a year.  In the beginning my kids obviously didn’t care about what was on or in their cakes, but now that they are getting older they want certain characters.  Bakery Crafts is a brand that many in-store bakeries feature that are full of high quality yummy cake decorations, accessories, decorating kits and even licensed products that are edible!  Chances are if you ordered a licensed character cake or cake toppers, they were probably from Bakery Crafts.  I had actually never noticed before but this past week when I ordered my son’s 7th birthday cake I actually noticed the Bakery Crafts logo on the design book of cakes.

I ended up ordering our Bakery Crafts cake from Super Target and they had three different Batman designs to choose from, which is what my son wanted.  Each cake also had the choice of either a cake or cupcakes.  I actually would have preferred cupcakes but my son wanted a cake.

So what did we think of a cake?  We got chocolate with buttercream and it was awesome!  Moist inside and adorably frosted on the outside.  The toy on the top made the fun of the cake last past my son’s birthday.  I would definitely purchase it again and I had many guests ask where I got the cake from!  I don’t think my kids would let me get a plain ole’ cake again, it will be licensed cakes all the way!
