In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, spicy brown mustard, 1/2 cup of the barbecue sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, salt, and black pepper.
Shape the mixture into traditional meatloaf pan or roll into balls and put them in a muffin tin. I always make them muffin-tin style as they cook all the way through nicely and my kids love their own little meatloaves.
In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining 1/2 cup barbecue sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, and 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce. Spread mixture evenly all over the meatloaf top(s).
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F. I have noticed the mini-meatloaves do tend to cook faster so check after about 30 minutes.
I would like to try this special egg-free recipe. I think that it looks marvelously delicious.
My meatloaf never turns out the best. Not enough flavor. Thank you for sharing this
What a great idea for meatloaf! I was getting so bored with meatloaf. I have tried different recipes for meatloaf but never thought of making individual ones! Everything seems to taste better when made this way! Thanks for the recipe!
This is a fun recipe, thank you for sharing with us.
I for one LOVE me some meatloaf and I love how these are bite sized and covered in that delicious looking sauce :)
They are seriously awesome and being bit-sized makes them cook uniformly!
This looks great - my son is allergic to eggs, so I'm always looking for ways to mod recipes. Usually I just leave the egg out of a regular meatloaf recipe but it falls apart!
Yeah we have an egg allergy here too, and they come out perfect and yummy!
