FunSpot America (Kissimmee, FL) {Review} #RockYourVacation

I received travel and tickets in exchange for sharing my honest opinion.

Go-Karts, carnival rides, a roller coaster, arcade games and the Sky Coaster, Oh My!  Fun Spot America is Central Florida’s Hometown Amusement Park and it is basically a really cool carnival that is permanent.  It is actually just two miles from Disney World and it offers rides for both young and old.  I loved the atmosphere of how it wasn’t overly crowded since there were so many rides to choose from but it was lively with music and lights.  We were there during the day but I can imagine at night it is even better to walk around through.

The one attraction you don’t want to miss though and it was one on my bucket list is the SkyCoaster.  At FunS Spot America in Kissimmee it actually features The World’s Tallest SkyCoaster at 300 Feet high.  What is the SkyCoaster?  It is a big arch where you along with up to two friends are pulled up 300 feet and then dropped!  Now I will say I was completely petrified of doing this but I am so glad I did it.  I will say I held on for dear life to Joey from Real Mom Media and I am grateful that Rochelle from Experience Kissimmee pulled the cord to release us.  Yes one of you does have to pull the cord when the workers count to 3.  I’d say the scariest part was going up since the only thing holding you feels like a piece of cloth just but really you are harnessed in tight.  It is a huge rush though flying through the air!  I highly recommend doing this if you can and its something you can buy separate or in addition to a Fun Spot America Wristband.

Here is a video taken of me doing the SkyCoaster, looking at the video I am on the right:

Not brave enough for the SkyCoaster?  There are a 4 Go-Kart tracks, 10 Family/Thrill Rides, 8 Kid rides and over 60 hot and classic arcade games.  I drove on a multi-level Go-Kart track, which I have never done before, and it was pretty cool!

Overall though I enjoyed Fun Spot America.  With free admission and free parking it is a great park to walk around and unwind at.  You can pay per ride or pay for a wristband for unlimited rides.  I’d recommend the wristband because you will want to go on at least a few rides and they can add up individually.  It is not an overwhelming place and really is perfect for families looking for exciting rides!  Do try to brave the Skycoaster while your there as it is an experience of a lifetime, for me it was a checkmark off my bucket list.
